- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 May 2023There are far more better headphones at this price range of £100 but this is really easy to use and pair take 2 seconds. You open the case and they pop-up on screen.
Sound is good and natural. Not that much bass but depending what type of music you listen you could find out that you actually enjoy listening for hours.
Battery is really good.
They are light so you don't feel them in the ear so much, but are sturdy In position if you plan to workout while wearing them.
Volume is good they get loud enough to cover any noise from outside.
They come with usb type c to usb type A cable which is a bit annoying as now everything is type c to type c, even the charger that come in the phone box is type c.
All in they are worth the price for having Google assistant, good call quality, good battery and they sound good too.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 May 2023Colour Name: Dark OliveVerified PurchaseI work as a gardener and for 7 years have been using Tozo in ears. I didn't want to spend a lot as items get wet/muddy and lost but finally decided to get the Pixel A Series and WOW...first of all they are extremely comfortable (compared with the various Tozo ones) and they sound brilliant and very light in weight, you can change bass etc (well on my pixel phone)
They connect as soon as taken out the box and discount when you put them back in (including if you want to take just one out)
They also read out messages and alerts if you hold down the touch button on the buds (including reading whatsapp messages) and you can reply and use Google assistant to ask questions.
For me they are just brilliant and couldn't recommend enough.
Well done Google team.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 July 2023Colour Name: Dark OliveVerified Purchaseve been using the Google Pixel Buds A-Series for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with them. They're comfortable to wear, they sound great, and they work really well with my Google Pixel 6.
The first thing I noticed about the Pixel Buds A-Series is how comfortable they are. They come with three different sizes of ear tips, so you can find the perfect fit. I've worn them for hours at a time without any discomfort.
The sound quality of the Pixel Buds A-Series is also really good. The bass is deep and rich, the mids are clear, and the highs are crisp. I've been listening to a lot of music with them, and I've been really happy with the sound quality.
One of the things I like most about the Pixel Buds A-Series is how well they work with my Google Pixel 6. They connect quickly and easily, and they stay connected even when I'm walking around or moving around. I've also been using them to make calls, and the sound quality is great on both ends of the call.
Overall, I'm really impressed with the Google Pixel Buds A-Series. They're comfortable, they sound great, and they work really well with my Google Pixel 6. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great pair of wireless earbuds.
Here are some of the pros and cons of the Google Pixel Buds A-Series:
Pros:
Comfortable
Great sound quality
Work well with Google Pixel 6
Long battery life
Affordable
Cons:
No active noise cancellation
No wireless charging
Overall, I think the Google Pixel Buds A-Series are a great value for the price. They're comfortable, they sound great, and they work really well with Google Pixel 6. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great pair of wireless earbuds.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 January 2024These are just instant functioning with pixel phones. Take out the box, open the case near your phone and your phone will pop up asking if these are your new buds and should it pair. Job done. The hand over from phone to bud and back is seamless. You can use one for call or both. Sound is great, both call and music and the touch features work well.
Unless you want the noise cancelling I see no reason to upgrade to the pros'. I buy pixel A phones for all the family as they offer the best performance to value in my book and these buds seem to hit a similar sweet spot.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 February 2023Colour Name: Dark OliveVerified PurchaseI had a choice between these and the Nothing Ear 1 when they first came out. Having had those for 18 months, and these dropping to a very good price (£64 at the time of purchase), I picked up a pair.
I should have gone with them first time.
No connection issues. Fast updates. Good enough sound quality. No noise canceling, but that's ok for me. If you have a Pixel, pick up a pair.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 August 2022I have been through a number of cheaper headphones over the years that have served me relatively well, but most have broken after short periods or don't work as well with my Google Pixel phone. Bought these because I assumed Google earphones would work really well with Google phones and I was right, they do. Good sound (with new update you can also change the base levels etc.) and also work better than any other headphone I have had for speaking on phone calls. Everyone can hear me clearly. Connect really quickly to my phone and other devices (only issue I have had is with Amazon Fire tablet), charge super fast and are really really comfortable.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 September 2023Colour Name: Dark OliveVerified PurchaseOne of my best purchases, there's not a day where I don't have these in my ears sound quality is great, there not noise cancelling but when out walking about it's better to hear a little noise the having an accident, battery last ages and notifications come up on my phone when battery is low with also playing a tone in your ear to let you know the battery is getting low, doesn't take long to fully charge the case or ear buds either
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 August 2024Colour Name: Dark OliveVerified PurchaseI've had the olive ones for more than a year and I am now regretting the purchase. They are very comfortable to wear, have OK sound quality, but mine have been recently developing issues:
1. the left side gets suddenly very quiet. I cleaned the silicone bit, the holes and it helps to some degree, but doesn't completely restore the volume.
2. the case battery didn't last long. Only after a year, it doesn't hold charge and I find myself charging it more often than ever.
I got them for around £70 before. Looking at how much they cost now, they are not worth it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Buds!
Colour Name: Dark OliveVerified PurchaseSound quality is awesome, battery resistance is enough, they fit in the ear. Nice additional features, especially for notification and replies. Though they do not connect to Linux, I still believe they are great.

5.0 out of 5 stars Value for money
Colour Name: Dark OliveVerified PurchaseA very good product and value for money. Its connection to various gadgets such as anodrid phone, iPhone, Tablet and Apple TV are seamless and very fast. The battery also last long for my more than an hour long walk. very light weight and fit into the ears so nicely. At times don't even feel it. As I am mostly using for hearing talks and not music, I don't care about the sound control and bass etc. Touch control also fine. I have not yet used for calls on the roads.
